No. GOTD Global is not and is not payment system, money transfer operator or bank. We are technological platform-coordinator.

How this works in practice:
We don't store your money. Neither fiat nor cryptocurrency client funds pass through our accounts. We don't conduct final settlements — all direct payments between counterparties (cash, bank transfers, crypto transactions) are conducted directly between them by convenient methods. Our role — coordination and security. We provide intelligent netting platform that finds counter requests, ensures deal security through smart contract escrow and coordinates execution stages. Actual asset exchange happens directly between participants.

Simple analogy: GOTD is like smart “real estate agent” for financial flows. He finds perfectly matching counterparties and guarantees deal security, but is neither seller nor buyer, and money don't pass through him.

All settlements happen “on the ground” between deal participants using familiar channels: bank transfers (SWIFT, SEPA, local systems), cash settlements and cryptocurrency transactions between counterparty wallets.

GOTD platform acts as coordinator and guarantor that brings parties together, fixes obligations, controls through escrow deal stage execution, and confirms completion unlocking guarantee deposits.

eGOTD token is a digital guarantee for safe deals between businesses. It is not a payment currency.

Simple analogy: It’s like deposit for apartment rental — you pay it so owner is confident in you, and you — in safety of your money. After the deal, deposit returns.

In GOTD: hubs lock GOTD tokens in smart contract before deal — this confirms their reliability and liquidity. If hub doesn’t fulfill obligations, locked tokens are used to compensate partner. Token locking replaces need for preliminary trust and opens access to global liquidity without risks.

Netting (mutual offset) is when two counter payments are not just sent to each other, but offset, and only the difference is conducted.

Simple example: You owe your friend $1000, and he owes you $700. Without netting — $1700 passes through bank and both pay fees. With netting — only $300 is paid. Both save time and money.

GOTD Global scales this principle globally. The system automatically builds complex chains (A-B-C-D) and conducts single netting settlement. Each participant receives needed currency, saving up to 90% on fees.
